Artist statement: "This 11x14 inch silkscreen print portrays an eternal couple walking together through the gates of heaven toward the temple, representing their journey of faith and devotion. Inspired by 2 Nephi 31:20, this artwork reflects the promise that if we “press forward with a steadfastness in Christ,” we can receive eternal life. The open gates, blooming flowers, and glowing horizon all symbolize hope, covenant love, and divine joy. I created this piece to celebrate the eternal nature of family relationships and how the teachings of the Book of Mormon invite us to walk that path together."
