Fine Arts major, BYU. Artist statement: ""Christ Comes" depicts the moment when Jesus Christ appeared to the people of the Americas in the Book of Mormon. It always made me happy to visualize His arrival as a colorful burst of light in a dense shadowy sky. Christ came at the darkest moment, as described in 3 Nephi, and I wanted to depict that scene in a unique and joyful way."
