Artist statement: "As a mother of sons, I've always loved the Book of Mormon account of this faithful woman who thought for a time that her boys had perished in the wilderness and went through so many emotions in her pain. Anyone who loves deeply can imagine this scene of joy and thanksgiving when Sariah sees her sons arriving home in the distance."
