Abstract, Digital illustration
Artist statement: "In creating "The Fall", I wanted to portray a figure, fragmented and hollow, representing the spiritual and physical disintegration that occurred with the fall of Adam and Eve. The scattered, uneven blocks forming the torso symbolize a life that has become fractured, incomplete, and vulnerable—disconnected from the divine wholeness once experienced in God’s presence. The posture of the figure, reclining backward with a bowed head, conveys a sense of weariness, loss, and submission to the inevitable consequences of mortality. The emptiness where the core of the body should be reflects the void left by The figure’s metallic, bronze-like texture gives the piece a timeless, sculptural quality, evoking classical depictions of humanity’s fall from grace, but with a modern, deconstructed twist."
