Notes

Fine Arts major, BYU. Artist statement: "There are several places in the scriptures where the Lord expresses that He will stretch forth His hands to us, and I’ve always liked to relate that image to the Tree of Life. In my artistic rendition, the Tree of Life stretches forth its branches to everyone. The face at the center is representative of God, and the branches go out in every direction, representing His willingness to reach out to all of His children no matter where they are. Some branches have fruit for those ready to receive the blessings of the Gospel. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is for everyone and there is no one who is out of God’s reach. He is always looking for opportunities to touch our lives with His blessings."
