Al Rounds Fine Art Studio: "This painting depicts a wintery sunset view of the Salt Lake Temple from the northeast Corner of Brigham Young’s property. Since Brigham died in 1877, when the Temple was only completed to the second story, this view would have been seen by him only in vision."
