"The temple is a house of learning and revelation. The Lord reveals His word and will to His servants in the temple. They then make known His will and share His works with His children. Missionaries are endowed with power from on high to carry His message and 'make known his wonderful works' throughout the world. Humble followers receive inspiration and teachings in His holy house. The golden angel atop the temples symbolically declares God’s wonderful works. The light that streams from the heavens in three columns represents the Godhead and the conquest of evil and darkness. This leads my thoughts to the simple word 'Teach.'"
