Al Rounds Fine Art Studio: "This Nauvoo winter scene features the Webb Blacksmith Shop, owned and operated by the five oldest Webb brothers. It was here that the majority of the Saints received the necessary wagon parts and repairs to make the trek to Utah. Two of the Webb brothers stayed until the last of the Saints were driven from Nauvoo. The road seen in front of the shop, Parley Street, was later called the 'Street of Tears' – the end of the road marked the spot where the Saints were forced to cross the frozen Mississippi River."
